Best used as a replacement Rudder or Skeg Line Cleat for many models of kayak, including Perception, Dagger, Necky and Ocean Kayak brand sit-on-top kayaks. This Sea-Lect, aka Sea Dog product can be used for any custom applications. Screw holes are 2 1/8 on center. Takes up to 4mm diameter line. Add one pad eye to deck to lock in lift line if needed.
