Increase tracking and turning ability of your Perception solo kayak. Sliding foot controls allows you to steer your kayak with your feet. This kit is designed to work with Perception kayak models with a molded hole on stern for the rudder pin. Kit includes mounting instructions and all the parts needed for installation. This kit is best used for for most Long Pin applications, including kayaks outfitted with a Long Pin bracket, such as the Perception Rudder Casting or the Generic Pointed Stern Bracket. It can also be used for some kayaks with Mid Pin bracket too.
Pin is 3/8 inch in diameter, 3 3/8 inches long. It needs 1/4 inch exposed for the rudder pin ring.
